Objective: The client's main goal was to recruit more small, independently owned businesses. The targeted businesses may feel uncomfortable introducing new technology into their routine. It was important that this landing page convey the benefits they would get and reassure them.
Tactic: The main headline in the hero section cuts straight to the benefit and purpose of the page. It states the main benefit of the program and tempts them with a new opportunity ("Open the Door").
The percentage in subheadline 1 is eye-catching and makes the claim more believable. The first set of bullets further intrigues the reader by telling exactly how they could increase their profit.
The next section tackles the main objection, an uneasiness about introducing new technology. It provides them with reassurance by describing the ease of operation.
The final call-to-action offers them the second option to voice their concerns with an expert.
